摘  要:为节约自来水用量,避免运行事故的发生,减少生产设备的损害,对污水厂加氯系统水源进行替换和完善改造,设计在潜水泵后添加沉淀装置,以提高整个系统的运行稳定性。对整个处理装置进行联合调试,通过调整管道阀门的开启程度来控制各点的流量。以加氯机水源的需求量为基准用量,调整沉淀装置进水量,使运行中储水池部分的液位保持在高液位和低液位之间稳定运行;对来水进行加药实验,结合出水水质进行分析对比,确定投药浓度,实现在停留时间内出水水质达到使用要求,节约自来水并保证了供给水和加氯机的联动,避免了消毒药剂跑冒情况的发生。In order to save the amount of tap water consumption, avoid operation accidents and reduce damage to the production equipment, the water source of chlorination system in a WWTP was replaced and improved. A sedimentation device was added after diving pump to improve the operation sta- bility of the whole system. The whole treatment device was commissioned. The flow at different points was controlled by adjusting the piping valve opening. With the water demand for chlorinator as reference dos- age, the influent of sedimentation device was adjusted to keep the stable operation between high level and low level. The influent was tested and compared with the effluent to determine the dosage concentration and ensure the effluent quality in residence time to meet the use requirements, thereby saving water, en- suring the linkage between water supply and chlorinator and avoiding the loss of disinfectant.
