摘 要:光学镜片加工的清洗流程消耗大量水资源,同时末端产生大量清洗废水。2015年水污染防治行动计划实施,其中明确提出着力节约保护水资源,生产企业面临严峻的节水压力。天津市某光学镜片加工企业通过建立水平衡明确镜片加工清洗流程的用水排水情况,在此基础上对清洗流程进行改造,取得了明显的节水效益和废水减排效益。A large number of water resources is consumed in the cleaning process of optical lens processing enterprises,and a great deal of cleaning wastewater is produced at the terminal at the same time. The water pollution control action plan was implemented in 2015,and it was proposed that the saving and protection of water resources should be focused on definitely. Production enterprises are facing severe pressure from the conservation of water resources. By means of establishing water consumption balance,the water discharge situation in optical lens processing cleaning process has been comfirmed for an optical lens processing factory in Tianjin. Based on this,the cleaning process has been modified,and obvious water saving profit and wastewater emission reduction profit are obtained.
