摘　　要：连续式粮食干燥机配备DM510在线水分自动控制仪,就能使干燥机在自动状态下干燥粮食,操作者可随时在DM510显示屏上查看干燥机热风温度、粮食水分、烘干量等相关信息,方便实用,具有降低操作人员劳动强度,减少粮食损失,提高干燥效率,保证粮食品质等优点。但在使用操作和选用上仍然存在一些问题,现就DM510的性能特点、存在问题、使用要点等进行阐述,提高现有DM510的使用效果,提高干燥机自动控制水平。Continuous grain dryer equipped with DM510 of on-line automatic moisture controller can make dryer working automatically, the operator can view the hot air temperature of drier, grain moisture content, drying output and other related information at any time on the DM510 screen. It is very convenient and practical, and can reduce the labor intensity of operating personnel, reduce the loss of grain, increase the drying efficiency and ensure grain quality and other advantages, etc. But there are still some problems in operation and selection, now expounding for the performance characteristics of DM510, some existing problems and the main points of using, to increase the effect of the used of DM510, increase the automatic control level of drier.
