摘　　要：依据饲料自动化生产的微量粉料的添加工艺,设计了一种优化的粉料输送系统,引入实时称重和预混合机方式,并将称重、驱动、振动下料、搅拌等并入控制器,实现粉料输送的自动控制。According to the adding process of micro powder produced automatically,an optimized powder conveying system is designed,and a real-time weighing and pre-mixing pattern is introduced,with the weighting,driving,vibrating blanking,and mixing processes integrated in the controller,automatic control on powder conveying is realized.
