摘  要:为了研究斗轮堆取料机主要参数(料斗个数和斗容)对取料过程的影响,在不同参数下,在离散元软件EDEM中对斗轮堆取料机的挖掘过程进行仿真。分析仿真结果得出:料斗个数和料斗容量对斗轮堆取料机的生产率有明显影响。当DQ10500/6000型斗轮堆取料机斗轮转速为8 r/min,料斗个数为9,料斗容量为1.25m3时,斗轮堆取料机达到最佳经济效应。比较传统理论计算与离散元仿真计算,发现将离散元应用于斗轮堆取料机设计计算具有明显优势。To study the effect of major parameters of bucket wheel stacker / reclaimer on the reclaiming process,simulation is performed on the excavating process of the bucket wheel stacker / reclaimer in EDEM discrete element software using different parameters. The analysis simulation result shows that number of buckets and bucket volume have obvious effect on the production rate of the bucket wheel stacker / reclaimer. When the DQ10500 /6000 bucket wheel stacker / reclaimer has a revolution of bucket wheel of 8 r / min,9 buckets and bucket capacity of 1. 25 m3,the bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer reaches the optimal economic effect. Compared with traditional theoretic calculation and discrete element simulation calculation,it' s found that applying discrete element in design calculation of bucket wheel stacker / reclaimer has obvious advantages.
