摘 要:在乙醇-水混合体系中,采用涂料色浆对棉织物进行染色,探讨了不同的乙醇-水混合比对涂料染色织物性能的影响,对比了原棉织物和阳离子改性棉织物在不同比例的乙醇-水混合溶剂体系中的染色差异。从织物表观形貌可以看出,当乙醇占比低于50%时,乙醇的加入有助于颜料颗粒的粘着,对阳离子改性织物的作用尤为明显,其染色织物的K/S值提高至6.3,增幅达55%。色浆粒径的测试结果表明,颜料的平均粒径在加入乙醇后逐渐增大,当乙醇占比为50%时,达到619 nm,是纯水中粒径的1.6倍。随着乙醇占比的提高,涂料色浆的接触角逐渐减小,说明加入乙醇后织物表面张力减小,颜料更容易上染。当乙醇占比低于40%时,织物的干湿摩擦牢度基本不变;超过40%后,干湿摩擦牢度提高1-2级。染色织物K/S值随乙醇比例的增加而提高,但当乙醇占比超过一定值后,K/S值下降明显。Pigment dyeing of cotton fabrics is carried out in ethanol-water mixed solvent system. The effect of mixing ratio of ethanol to water on dyeing property is discussed. The dyeing results of cotton fab- ric before and after cationic modification in the mixing solvent is compared. The surface morphology of the dyed fabric shows that, when the proportion of ethanol is lower than 50%, the addition of ethanol is beneficial to the adhesion of the pigments, especially to the cationic modified fabric. The K/S value of the dyed cationic modified fabric increases 55% to 6.3. The results show that the size of the pigment in- creases gradually with the adding of ethanol. When the ethanol proportion is 50%, the average particle size is 619 nm, about 1.6 times in water. The contact angle of the pigment paste decreases gradually with the increase of the ethanol proportion, which indicates that the surface tension reduced, so it is easier for pigment dyeing. In addition, when the proportion of the ethanol is less than 40%, the color fastness to rubbing of the fabric is unchanged; once beyond 40%, the color fastness to rubbing increases Grade 1-2. The K/S value improves with the increase of the ethanol ratio, but after the proportion of the ethanol exceeded a certain value, the K/S value decreases obviously.
