摘　　要：介绍了涤/氨经纬双弹梭织物的染整加工工艺及工艺注意事项。通过制定和优化各工序的工艺参数、分散染料的筛选、染色工艺曲线的设定等,解决实际生产中常出现的色差问题。通过制定合理的还原洗工艺,可解决中、深色成品色牢度问题。在染色过程中加入吸湿排汗助剂,可改善面料的穿着舒适性和吸湿透气性。Dyeing and finishing process of polyester/polyurethane 2-way elastic woven fabric, and matters needing attention during the process are introduced. The side-to-center shading during the production can be solved by optimizing the process parameters, as well as the disperse dyestuff and the dyeing process curve. The color fastness of medium or dark color can be improved by setting the proper reductive clearing process. In addition, the comfortability, wettability and air permeability of fabric can be improved by adding moisture management aaent in dveina process.
