摘　　要：研究了一浴精练剂ZS和双氧水用量,以及精练温度和时间对棉织物精练效果的影响,优化了棉织物精练剂ZS一浴短流程练漂工艺。结果表明,一浴练漂法最佳工艺为：精练剂ZS 3-3.5 g/L,双氧水8 m L/L,精练温度95-100℃,精练时间60 min。采用该工艺练漂的织物白度达到80%以上,毛效13 cm/30 min以上。添加适量的有渗透作用的表面活性剂,可以进一步提升棉织物的毛效。The influences of the concentrations of the one-bath scouring agent ZS and hydrogen peroxide, scouring temperature and time on scouring property of cotton fabric are investigated. One-bath scouring and bleaching process of cotton fabric is optimized as： ZS series scouring agent 3-3.5 g/L, hy- drogen peroxide 8 mL/L, scouring at 95-100℃ for 60 min. The whiteness and the capillary effect of the cotton fabrics treated with this process are 80% and over 13 cm/30 min respectively. The capillary effect of cotton fabric can be further improved by adding proper amount of surfactants with penetrability.
