摘 要:以工程中常见的焊接梁结构为对象,把焊接部位模化成等截面弹性梁结构,建立梁—焊接部位—梁系统动力学模型。利用传递矩阵法,推导了子结构的传递矩阵,得到了焊接梁系统的动态响应表达式,并详细讨论了焊接梁结构尺寸和参数对系统动态性能的影响。搭建了典型焊接梁实物模型,测试了焊接梁的加速度频响,结果表明,所建立的焊接梁力学模型正确。The welded area in the welding beam structure which is widely used in project is modeled as constant section elastic beam, and mechanical model of the elastic beam-welding area-elastic beam system is established. Then, transfer matrices of the substructures in the system are derived by using of transfer matrix method, detailed expression of dynamic response of the welding beam is obtained, and the effects of beam size and material parameters on the dynamic performance of the beam are discussed in detail. Finally, practicality model of the welding beam is established, and acceleration frequency response of the beam is measured for verifying the correctness of the mechanical model of the welding beam.
