摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血小板参数变化以及血小板中基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)的表达及意义。方法检测54例T2DM患者(A组)和46例健康人(B组)血小板计数、血小板平均体积(MPV)和血小板分布宽度(PDW),采用RT-PCR检测两组血小板中MMP-2、MMP-3和MMP-9基因的相对表达量。结果A组MPV和PDW大于B组(P<0.05)。A组血小板中MMP-2、MMP-3和MMP-9相对表达量均高于B组(P<0.01)。结论 MPV和PDW可作为监测早期糖尿病血小板功能异常的指标。血小板中MMP-2、MMP-3和MMP-9表达量可能在评价血小板参与糖尿病血管并发症中有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of martrix metalloproteinase（MMP）in platelet and the changes of platelet parameters in patients with type 2diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods Platelet counts,mean platelet volume（MPV）and platelet distribution width（PDW）were measured in 54 T2 DM patients（group A）and 46 healthy people（group B）.The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3and MMP-9in platelet were detected by RT-PCR as well.Results MPV and PDW were greater in group A than those in group B（P〈0.05）.The expressions of MMP-2,MMP-3and MMP-9in platelet were higher in group A than those in group B（P〈0.01）.Conclusion MPV,PDW can serve as the parameters to evaluate the platelet dysfunction in newly diagnosed T2 DM cases.The expression levels of MMP-2,MMP-3and MMP-9in platelet may have an important role in evaluating the participancy of platelet in vascular complication of diabetes.
