摘　　要：目的探讨Cobas（R）4800高危型HPV检测技术对宫颈癌筛查的效能及与第二代杂交捕获法（HC2）的符合率。方法回顾性分析100例患者同时用Cobas（R）4800高危型HPV检测技术和HC2进行HPV检测的数据,并结合病理检查结果进行整理分析。结果以病理检查宫颈上皮内瘤变2及以上为宫颈癌阳性诊断标准,Cobas（R）4800检测技术的灵敏度为90.0%（9/10）,特异度为58.9%（53/90）,约登指数为48.9%,阳性预测值为19.6%（9/46）,阴性预测值为98.1%（53/54）。Cobas（R）4800与HC2的总符合率为83.0%（χ^2=2.12,P〉0.05）。结论 Cobas（R）4800高危型HPV检测技术对宫颈癌的筛查有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the coincidence rate of Cobas（R）4800 high-risk human papilloma virus（HPV）test and hybrid capture 2（HC2）in screening cervical cancer.Methods The data of screening cervical cancer with Cobas（R）4800 high-risk HPV test and HC2 performed at same time in 100 patients were retrospectively analyzed.The results were compared to those from histopathological examination.Results Taking cervical intraepithelial neoplasias 2or above as the diagnostic criteria for cervical cancer,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and Youden index for Cobas4800 HPV test were 90.0%,58.9%,19.6%,98.1%and 48.9%,respectively.The overall coincidence rate for Cobas4800 test and HC2 was 83.0%（χ2=2.12,P〉0.05）.Conclusion The Cobas（R）4800 HPV test has a better value in cervical cancer screening.
