基于信息公平视角的女性农民工信息需求研究——以陕西新生代女性农民工为例

摘　　要：使用访谈、抽样调查、Likert量表调查的方法,调查陕西省各地965名新生代女性农民工的信息需求内容、获取渠道、信息消费能力、生理卫生信息的需求现状;从"身体政治"引发的信息歧视,信息需求内圈化,实践意识引发的信息需求差异,公益性信息服务效率调查新生代女性农民工信息获取障碍。根据调查结果,提出反对"身体政治"形成信息霸权;尊重新生代女性农民工价值取向和实践意识;建立以政府为导向的信息援助机制;发挥公益性信息机构的资源优势,消除新生代女性农民工信息需求内圈化趋势;提供生理卫生信息指导等合理化建议,改善陕西省新生代女性农民工信息需求。Using the method of interview,survey and Likert questionnaire,this article investigates the demand situation of 962 new generation female migrant workers around Shaanxi province from the information demand content,access to information,information consumption ability and physiological hygiene information and investigates the information access barriers of the new generation female migrant workers from the information discrimination caused by ＂ body politics ＂,involution of information demand,information demand difference caused by practice consciousness and information services efficiency of public services. According to the results,this article puts forward opposing information hegemony formed by ＂ body politics ＂,respecting the value orientation and practice consciousness of the new generation female migrant workers,establishing a government- oriented information assistance mechanism,playing the role of public information resources,eliminating the involution of information demand and providing reasonable suggestions about physiological hygiene for the new generation female migrant workers.
