医用病员转运床遮阳遮雨伞的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制一种装有遮阳、遮雨伞的医用病员转运床,以使患者在转运途中免受日晒雨淋。方法:结合院内转运床和临床患者转运需求,采用模块化组合式的设计,各部件活动链接灵活设计,实现固定铰接、上下滑动及按需伸缩的遮阳、遮雨伞病员转运床,方便临床使用与存放。结果:该设计获得国家实用新型专利授权,并经医院临床应用取得良好的效果。结论:病员转运床遮阳、遮雨伞的设计弥补了传统病员转运床的缺陷,遮阳、遮雨伞收纳放置不影响患者转运,可随时取用,操作方便,在临床中具有推广应用价值。Objective： To develope a kind of medical transfer bed with sun and rain umbrella on it, which is intended to protect patients from sun and rain during transport in hospital. Methods： Considering the clinical requirements and the characteristics of existing medical transfer bed, we developed a kind of umbrella-transfer bed, the umbrella on which is flexible to adjust for clinical use. You can adjust its height and length as wanted. All of this were achieved using combined modular technology, which has the advantage of elements flexibly connected. Results： This development obtained a China national practical new-type patent. It is used in clinic and has received the desired effect. Conclusion： The use of this kind of umbrella-transfer bed makes up shortage of traditional transfer bed, protecting patients from sun and rain during transport. Moreover, the storage of the umbrella won＇t affect the transporting patients. It is convenient and practical, and should be spread widely in hospital.
