肾病治疗仪治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察肾病治疗仪治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取40例临床收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者,按照随机数表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组20例。对照组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组则在常规治疗基础上加用肾病治疗仪,治疗14 d后观察两组患者血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Cr)水平。结果:治疗14 d后,对照组患者血BUN和Cr水平较治疗前轻度下降;治疗组患者血BUN和Cr水平较治疗前明显下降,肾病治疗仪可明显降低慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血BUN和Cr水平。结论:肾病治疗仪治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of nephropathy therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods： Renal medicine in our hospital were studied in 40 （1977-）cases of chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group, control group was given conventional therapy, treatment group was in on the basis of routine treatment plus with nephropathy therapeutic apparatus, observed after 14 days treatment in two groups patient＇s blood urea nitrogen, creatinine level. Results： After 14 days of treatment, control group patient＇s blood urea nitrogen（BUN） and creatinine（Cr） levels compared with those before treatment decreased slightly, the difference was not statistically significant, treatment group with BUN and Cr levels decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, the difference is statistically significant and nephropathy therapeutic apparatus can be significantly reduced in patients with chronic renal failure of BUN and Cr levels. Conclusion： Nephropathy Therapy for the treatment of chronic renal failure curative effect is exact, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
