摘　　要：阐明战伤急救止血带的功能与作用,为止血带的研究设计提供依据。循证目前国内外止血带研究与使用的调研与文献评阅信息,分析各种止血带的优缺点。提出改良改进止血带传统性能的方法和发展趋势,以扩展使用范围,使其能为战伤急救提供更多帮助。战伤急救止血带要凸显其医疗急救的功能定位,在功能上与战场急救技术相配合,应具备结构紧凑、操作方便、报警及时等功能,减少局部肢体压迫,降低并发症。To make clear the-functionand role of first-aid tourniquet, provide the basis for the design of a tourniquet. For investigation and research of various tourniquets, which advantages and disadvantages at home and abroad are listed. Put forward more and better methods to improve the traditional performance improved tourniquet, expand the scope of use, so that it can provide more help for military first aid. Military first-aid tourniquet should highlight the medical emergency location, and combined with battlefield emergency technology in function, should have compact structure, convenient operation, timely alarm and other functions, so that it can reduce local oppression limbs and the complications.
