润燥止痒胶囊和咪唑斯汀联合治疗老年人皮肤瘙痒症的效果

摘　　要：目的:研究润燥止痒胶囊和咪唑斯汀联合治疗老年人皮肤瘙痒症的效果。方法:选取2013年5月-2015年5月笔者所在医院收治的76例皮肤瘙痒症老年患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例,给予对照组口服咪唑斯汀缓释片进行治疗,给予观察组口服咪唑斯汀缓释片联合润燥止痒胶囊进行治疗。治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为97.37%(37/38),对照组的治疗总有效率为84.21%(32/38),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者瘙痒缓解时间、瘙痒消失时间及瘙痒消失率均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于皮肤瘙痒症采用润燥止痒胶囊与咪唑斯汀联合治疗,其治疗效果确切,特别对老年患者的效果更佳,值得临床推广与应用。Objective：To study the effect of Runzaozhiyang Capsule and Mizolastine combination therapy for senile skin pruritus.Method：From May 2013 to May 2015,76 elderly patients with skin pruritus were selected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,38 cases in each group,the control group was given oral Mizolastine Sustained Release Tablets,the observation group was treated with Mizolastine Sustained Release Tablets combined with Runzaozhiyang Capsule.After treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%（37/38）,the total effective rate of the control group was 84.21%（32/38）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The relieving time of pruritus,the disappearance time and the disappearance rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For skin pruritus with Runzaozhiyang Capsule and Mizolastine combination therapy has exact curative effect,especially in elderly patients with better effect,it is worth clinical popularization and application.
