综合护理在外伤性颅内血肿清除术围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究综合护理在外伤性颅内血肿清除术围手术期护理中的应用。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的96例外伤性颅内血肿患者患者,均对其实施颅内血肿清除术。按照随机分配原则分为观察组与对照组,各48例,观察组采用综合护理,对照组则采用常规护理,对两组患者的护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组的护理满意度分别为95.83%、83.33%。观察组的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在外伤性颅内血肿清除术围手术期护理中对患者实施综合护理可提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the applications of comprehensive care for traumatic intracranial hematoma on perioperative care.Method：96 patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma were selected in our hospital,all of them underwent intracranial hematoma.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,48 cases in the observation group took comprehensive care,48 cases in the control group used conventional care,the nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Result：The nursing satisfaction in the observation group and the control group were 95.83%,83.33% respectively.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive care for patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma in perioperative can promote their nursing satisfaction,and worthy of clinical application.
