摘 要:目的分析健康种植体与健康天然牙龈沟液(PISF)中的代谢产物,探寻二者PISF的成分构成。方法选取2010年5月至2012年5月于成都军区机关医院种植与修复临床医学专科中心行牙种植术、上部修复已完成、在口内行使功能超过1年的患者13例作为健康种植体组,同期选取健康天然牙13例作为健康天然牙组。采集两组参与者口内健康种植体与健康天然牙周围的PISF,使用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)检测两组PISF,运用主成分分析及正交信号校正-偏最小二乘法进行数据分析,比较健康种植体与健康天然牙周围的PISF的成分。结果健康种植体组与健康天然牙组周围组织的改良菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、PISF指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而牙周探诊深度/种植体周探诊深度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1H-NMR图中健康天然牙组较健康种植体组谱峰稍多,谱峰位置基本一致。主成分分析发现两组没有明显差异,数据归一化处理后进行偏最小二乘法分析,发现两组数据相互交叉,不能区分开。结论健康种植体与健康天然牙周围的PISF成分没有明显差异。Objective To analyze the metabolites of the peri-implant sulcular fluid(PISF) of healthy implants and natural teeth and to explore their component constituent. Methods Thirteen cases of teeth implantation,completing upside repair and conducting oral function for over 1 year in the Institution Hospital of Chengdu Military Region from May 2010 to May 2012 were selected as the healthy implantation teeth group and contemporaneous 13 cases of healthy natural teeth were selected as the healthy natural teeth group. PISE around healthy implants and healthy teeth was collected and detected by using 1 hydrogen nu clear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR). The principal component analysis and OSC-PLS method were applied for the data analysis. The constituents of PISF were compared between the healthy implants and health natural teeth. Results There were no significant differences in m PLI,GBI and PISF indexes between the healthy dental implant group and the healthy natural teeth group(P〈0.05),and the difference in PD/PPD was statistically differentbetween them(P〈0.05). In the1H-NMR spectroscopy,the spectrum peaks in the healthy natural teeth group were slightly more than those in the healthy implant group,the spectral peak positions were basically consistent. The principal component analysis found that there were no significant differences between the two groups. After the data normalization,the partial least square method was used to analyze the data. The data of the two groups were found to be cross and not separated. Conclusion The components of PISF have no significant difference between healthy implants and healthy natural teeth.
