浙江省3个市区居民对健康城市建设满意程度与需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省3个市区居民对健康城市建设的满意程度与需求,为提高健康城市建设水平提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,对浙江省A、B和C市各居住满半年及以上的居民2 500名开展问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果浙江省3个市区居民对健康城市建设的总体满意度得分为3.26分,其中对社会治安的满意度得分最高(3.63分),对空气质量的满意度得分最低(2.72分)。城市管理方面、文化休闲方面、社会生活保障方面、交通管理方面、与居民身体健康息息相关的方面得分分别为3.39、3.48、3.40、3.22、2.87分。影响居民对健康城市建设满意度的主要因素是居民的文化程度和职业。结论 3个市区居民对浙江省健康城市建设总体满意度处于中等偏上水平,空气质量、食品安全问题和交通状况是居民认为需要进一步改善的方面,应加强以人为本,建设环境友好型和资源节约型城市。Objective To understand the residents′ demands and satisfaction on the healthy city construction in 3 cities of Zhejiang Province to provide the basis for enhancing the construction level of health city. Methods The stratified random sampling method was adopted to conduct the questionnaire survey on 2 500 residents living for half a year or more in city A,B and C of Zhejiang Province. Then the results were statistically analyzed. Results The residents′ total satisfaction on the healthy city construction in these 3 cities was 3.26 points,in which the score of the social security was highest（3.63） and the score of the air quality was lowest（2.72）. The scores of city management,cultural leisure,social insurance,traffic management and the aspects closely linking with resident health were 3.39,3.48,3.40,3.22 and 2.87 respectively. The main factors influencing the satisfaction were residents′ cultural level and occupation. Conclusion The residents′ total satisfaction on the healthy city construction is above the middle level. And the air quality,food safety and traffic condition are the aspects requiring to be improved. The people oriented idea should be strengthened for constructing the environment-friendly city and resource-saving city.
