摘　　要：近年来,商业模式分类体系的多样性折射出商业模式内涵界定不统一的深刻问题。商业模式分类的基础理应是围绕着商业模式的根本属性展开。本研究从交易结构理论出发,以价值链范围、价值环节范围、创造价值活动形式3个维建立度分类标准将商业模式分为平台型、集成型、聚焦型、全能型4类。在分类基础上,分析对比4类商业模型的交易拓扑结构、特征和适用条件。本文的研究成果不仅对商业模式的理论研究具有学术价值,对企业进行商业模式选择和改革的商业实践同样具有重要指导意义。The diversity of business model classification reflects the disunity of business model connotation. In this paper, a comprehensive classification framework is obtained base on the fundamental properties of business model. It starts from the transaction structure theory and innovatively combine value chain scope, value links range, value activities to creative a classification criteria. It divides business model into four type： platform, integrated, focus and versatile and analyzes the characteristics and applicable conditions of each type. The conclusions of this study not only have profound academic value for the business model theory, but also have significant guidance when enterprises choose or reform the business model in practice.
