摘　　要："佛妆"是辽代契丹妇女特殊的面部妆容,是为保护皮肤的需要而产生的,在中国妇女的装饰史上具有特殊性。通过着重从"佛妆"的生存环境入手,从崇佛和萨满的影响,以及辽代契丹妇女特殊的社会地位三个方面去论述其存在的社会背景,试图透过"佛妆",看到辽代社会生活的一个侧面。＂Buddha makeup＂is the special make up of Khitan＇s woman of Liao dynasty,that is to protect the facial skin,and is very peculiar in the history of women＇s decoration of China.This paper from the living environment of＂Buddha makeup＂to analysis,discuss the worship of Buddhism,Shamanism＇s influence and women＇s high status of Khitan＇s society to influence of＂Buddha make up＂.The purpose is trying to through the＂Buddha make up＂to see a side of social life of the Liao Dynasty.
