摘　　要：文中以动态的视角研究了外资在沧州地区的各种矛盾运动,从促进经济增长、技术进步、贸易结构优化、企业融资、就业等方面阐述了外资对沧州经济的影响,剖析了外资对沧州经济发展所产生的经济效应,为沧州外资利用各个层面的研究提供了理论支撑,为沧州外资利用政策的制定提供有益的参考。The paper mainly discusses the various contradictory directions of foreign investment in Cangzhou from different research angles in a dynamic way,and expounds the influences of utilization of foreign investment on Cangzhou＇s economy from the aspects of economic growth,technological progress,trade structure optimization,enterprise financing,employment and etc.It also analyzes the effects of utilization of foreign investment on the economic development of Cangzhou,which provides the data support for Cangzhou＇s foreign capital utilization,and the reference for Cangzhou＇s policy on foreign investment.
