摘  要:用Ni改性6Mo-0.7Co/HZSM-5催化剂,考察了温度,空速,Ni添加量对甲烷无氧芳构化反应的影响。结果发现,Ni改性提高了催化剂的活性、稳定性和苯收率,在反应温度700℃、空速5000 m L/(g·h)时负载质量分数为0.1%的Ni的催化剂有最佳性能。对制得的催化剂进行了NH_3-TPD、SEM、TEM、O_2-TPO、BET等表征分析。由NH_3-TPD结果可知,添加Ni后中强酸的量和浓度增大,强酸比例适中。SEM图可知Ni的添加使分子筛表面有絮状物质存在。由O_2-TPO与TEM结果,发现Ni的加入有效抑制了积炭的生成,提高了催化剂的活性与稳定性。The 6Mo-0.7Co/HZSM-5 catalyst was modified by Ni, and the effects of reaction temperature, space velocity and Ni loading on methane dehydroaromatization over the modified catalysts were investigated. The results showed that modification by Ni could improve the activity, stability and benzene yield of the catalyst, and the catalyst with a Ni loading of 0.1% by mass had the best performance under the reaction temperature of 700 ℃ and GHSV of 5000 m L/(g·h) The catalysts were characterized by NH_3-TPD, SEM, TEM, O_2-TPO and BET. NH_3-TPD results indicated that after adding Ni, the quantity and concentration of the mediumstrong acid of the catalyst increased and the proportion of strong acid was moderate. SEM analysis showed that the addition of Ni led to the presence of flocculent matter on the catalyst surface. O_2-TPO and TEM results showed that the addition of Ni inhibited the occurrence of carbon deposition effectively and improved the activity and stability of the catalyst.
