摘　　要：介绍了CN-28YK/Z111-6YQ轻油蒸汽转化催化剂在永坪炼油厂20000Nm^3/h制氢装置上的应用情况。该制氢装置以炼厂干气和轻油为原料,虽经历多次开停车,多次氧化还原,活性一直很稳定,出口甲烷含量平稳,床层阻力降很稳定,优于设计标准,表现出了优良的活性、抗积炭性和机械强度。Abastract： The application of CN-28YK/Z111-6YQ naphtha steam reforming catalysts in the 20000Nm3/h hydrogen production unit of Yongping Refinery Plant was described. This hydrogen unit used refinery dry gas and naphtha as feedstock. Although the reforming catalysts experienced several operating and shutting down as well as repeated redox, they exhibited highly stable activity,steady export content of methane and stable bed pressure drop which were better than the design indices, proving the excellent activity, high resistance to carbon deposition and good mechanical strength of the catalysts.
