摘 要:采用直接电位法与间接电位滴定法,以GB10500-2009碘量法为参照,评估电位法对栲胶法脱硫液中硫化物(S2-和HS-)测定的适用性,并考察栲胶法脱硫过程硫化物质量浓度变化规律。结果表明:对Na_2S标准液标定,直接电位法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为11%、相对误差(RE)达9.9%,而间接电位滴定法测定的结果与碘量法无显著性差异;干扰离子S_2O_3^(2-)、SO_3^(2-)、SO_4^(2-)和栲胶法脱硫贫液对间接电位滴定法的测量结果影响也较小,RE均≤3.6%;模拟栲胶法脱硫富液,间接电位滴定法测定的RSD为1.0%、回收率在94.3%~98.9%;模拟脱硫过程显示硫化物质量浓度随反应时间增加而减少,前期5min快速下降,之后下降减缓。Using GB10500-2009 Iodometry method as reference, the applicability of the direct potential method(DPM) and the indirect potentiometric titration method(IDTM) was assessed for measuring the concentration of sulfides in the tannic extract desulfurization(TED) solution. The variation rule of sulfide concentration in the TED process was also investigated. The results showed that as to the calibration of Na_2 S standard solution, DPM had a relative standard deviation(RSD) of 11% and a relative error(RE) of 9.9%, and the results from IDTM and Iodometry method had no significant difference; and all of the coexisting ions S_2O_3^(2-),SO_3^(2-),SO_4^(2-)and TED poor liquid had low influence on the results of IDTM with a relative error of 3.6% or less. Using IDTM to analyze the simulating TED rich fluid, RSD was 1.0% and the recovery was 94.3%^98.9%. Simulating the TED process, it was found that sulfite concentration decreased with the increase of reaction time, rapidly in first 5 minutes and then slowly.
