摘  要:干熄焦发电变电站35 kV系统高压真空断路器自投入运行后,35 kV高压真空断路器多次发生固封本体出现裂纹故障,35 kV精锻线线路短路时,断路器不能经受系统振荡的冲击,导致断路器B相故障,断路器损坏。为确保供电系统安全稳定运行,针对该问题进行分析,结合干熄焦发电机运行特殊要求,提出整改方案。After the high voltage vacuum circuit breaker of the 35 kV substations of CDQ power-generating was put into operation, the breaker has had cracking faults in the enclosed body time and again. When the 35 kV system for the precision forging line has short circuit, the circuit breaker cannot withstand the impact of system oscillation, resulting in failure of the B phase and then damage of the circuit breaker. To ensure safe and stable operation of the power system, the problem was specifically analyzed and a rectification plan was put forward in accordance with the special requirements of CDQ power-generator operation.
