摘 要:介绍了一台28000 m^3/h空分装置由于主换热器堵塞引起的事故。对事故的原因从本装置预冷系统、纯化系统、机组冷却器、装置大加温过程和CO_2冻结的可能性及空分装置外其余系统的影响等方面进行了分析。最后得出了由于空压机入口处大气环境中CO_2含量的突然升高,导致CO_2从分子筛纯化器突破,冻结并堵塞主换热器,导致停车的结论,并针对此问题提出了解决方案。An accident caused by blocking in the main heat exchanger of a 28000 m^3/h air separator is introduced. The causes of the accident were analyzed from the aspects of pre-cooling system, purification system, coolers, deriming process, the possibility of CO_2 freezing and the effect of other systems besides ASU. It was concluded that a sudden increase of CO_2 content in the atmosphere at the entrance of the main air compressor caused CO_2 breaking through the molecular sieve purification device, freezing and blocking the main heat exchanger and finally led to ASU shutdown, based on which a solution was put forward.
