摘 要:对某化肥厂动力车间145 t/h煤粉锅炉掺烧炼厂干气后出现的热力性能问题进行分析,通过燃烧器改造后的热力性能校核计算,为锅炉运行提供参考。计算结果表明,燃烧器改造工程完成后在保证蒸汽参数的情况下可以实现全烧炼厂干气,并能有效缓解现在掺烧干气时锅炉结渣严重的问题,烧设计煤以及烧干气时锅炉都能满足各项原设计性能指标。Analysis was carried out for the performance problems occurred after the145t/h pulverized coal boiler in the power plant of a chemical fertilizer factory switched to burn refinery dry gas, to provide some reference for boiler operation through check calculation of the thermal performance after the transformation of the burner. Calculation results showed that fully burning refinery dry gas is feasible after transformation of the burner under the condition of ensuring normal parameters of the steam. Fully burning refinery dry gas can effectively alleviate the problem of serious boiler slagging occurring with mixed burning of dry gas. Either burning coal as designed or burning refinery dry gas can satisfy the original designed performance indexes.
