摘  要:结晶器碳钢材质的软水闭路循环冷却系统存在常见的沉积和腐蚀问题,水质参数与产品缺陷频率增加之间存在一定联系,在实施了设备、操作和水质稳定技术改进后,结晶器水质总铁含量稳定在0.3 mg/L左右,保证了结晶器的稳定、正常运行,满足了产量生产要求。Common deposits and corrosion existed in the carbon steel made soft water closed circuit cycle cooling system of caster mold. There was certain relationship between water quality parameters and the frequency of product defects. After implementation of technical upgrading to stabilize the equipment, operation and water quality, the total iron content in the mold water has stabilized at about 0.3mg/L, which ensured the stable and normal operation of the mold and met production requirement.
