速愈平联合半导体激光照射对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨速愈平联合半导体激光照射对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响。方法：选取于我院手术治疗的180例肛瘘患者术后随机分为两组，治疗组90例，对照组90例，对照组术后采用常规外科清创换药，每日一次。治疗组术后在常规外科清创换药后给予伤口窦道涂抹速愈平后给予半导体激光仪治疗，每日一次每次照射10min，连续照射至伤口愈合。记录两组术后创面肿胀消退、面积、创面分泌物量变化及临床疗效。结果：治疗组术后各时间点创面周围肿胀程度及创口疼痛程度均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组术后各时间点创面面积均明显低于同期对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组术后第6、9、12天创面分沁物量均少于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组平均愈合时间少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：速愈平联合半导体激光照射治疗可有效改善肛痿术后患者创面局部血液、淋巴循环，促进肉芽组织生长，利于创面愈合。Objective：To analyze the effects of intensity modulated radiation therapy based on equivalent uniform dose optimized method in lung cancer patients.Methods：A total of 82 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional radiotherapy,while observation group patients received intensity modulated radiation therapy based on equivalent uniform dose optimized method.The treatment effects,survival times,blood vessel related factors,blood coagulation function and the levels of inflammatory factors and so on were compared between the two groups of patients.Results：After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Progression free survival and median overall survival times were longer than patients in the control group（P〈0.05）.Serum VEGF and HIF-αlevels,as well as D-D,TT,PT,APTT and FIB levels were lower in observation group patients after treatment than the control group（P〈0.05）.At the same time point,serum TNF-α,CRP and PCT levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Serum M2-PK,CA125,CEA and SCC values of patients in the observation group after treatment were all significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Lung cancer patients modulated radiation therapy based on equivalent uniform dose optimized method show improved treatment effects and prolonged survival time since this treatment can optimize micro inflammatory environment and inhibit tumor biological behavior at the same time.
