分泌性中耳炎患者血清及耳积液炎性介质及血液免疫指标的变化

摘　　要：目的：研究探讨分泌性中耳炎患者血清及耳积液炎性介质及血液免疫指标的变化情况。方法：选取本院收治的70例分泌性中耳炎患者为观察组,同时期的70例健康人员为对照组,然后将观察组血清及耳积液炎性介质及血液免疫指标和对照组的血液指标进行检测,将两组的血清炎性介质及血液免疫指标进行比较,并比较观察组中不同分类及积液性质患者的检测结果。结果：观察组的血清炎性介质均高于对照组,血液免疫指标差于对照组,而观察组中不同分类及积液性质患者的血清及耳积液炎性介质、血液免疫指标比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：分泌性中耳炎患者的血清及耳积液炎性介质及血液免疫指标呈现异常的状态,且不同分类及积液性质患者之间也有明显差异,对此类患者进行上述指标的检测价值较高。Objective：To study and investigate the changes of serum and ear effusion inflammatory mediators and blood immune indexes in patients with secretory otitis media.Methods：A total of 70 patients with secretory otitis media in our hospital were selected as the observation group,while 70 healthy persons in the same period were selected as the control group,then the serum and ear effusion inflammatory mediators and blood immune indexes in observation group and the blood indexes in control group were detected,and the serum inflammatory mediators and blood immune indexes of two groups were compared;the detection results of patients within observation group with different classifications and effusion properties were compared as well.Results：The serum inflammatory mediators in observation group were all higher than those in control group,but blood immune indexes were all worse than those in control group.The serum and ear effusion inflammatory mediators and blood immune indexes in patients within observation group with different classifications and effusion properties all showed significant differences as well（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The serum and ear effusion inflammatory mediators and blood immune indexes in patients with secretory otitis media show abnormal state,and the differences in those indexes for patients with different classifications and effusion properties are also obvious,so the detection value of those indexes in patients of this kind are relatively high.
