摘  要:目的:观察磁共振体层血管成像(MRTA)在阿霉素治疗原发性三叉神经痛应用价值,并探讨其发病机制。方法:MRTA筛选出无异常血管压迫三叉神经患者53例,应用阿霉素治疗,与既往阿霉素治疗原发性三叉神经痛62例对比,观察其疗效,3月、6月复发率。结果:14天后二组疗效无差别(P〉0.05),3月、6月观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:MRTA筛选无异常血管压迫三叉神经患者,阿霉素治疗复发率低,并推测部分原发性三叉神经痛有自愈机制。Objective:To observe the application value of magnetic resonance tomographic angiography(MRTA)in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with adriamycin and to explore its pathogenesis.Methods:A total of 53 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia were screened out by MRTA without trigeminal nerve oppressed by aberrant blood vessels and was treated with adriamycin;62 former cases with primary trigeminal neuralgia treated with adriamycin were as control.The treating efficacy and the recurrence rate 3 and 6 months past were observed.Results:The efficacy of two groups after 14 days showed no difference(P〉0.05).The recurrence rates of the observation group was significantly lower than the control 3 and 6 months past(P〈0.01).Conclusions:The patients without trigeminal nerve oppressed by aberrant blood vessels shown by MRTA screening showed low recurrence rate with treatment of adriamycin and it can be inferred that part of them seemed to have self-healing mechanism.
