摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎患者实施优质护理的方法和效果。方法:将104例儿童分泌性中耳炎患者按照入院治疗的先后顺序随机分为对照组51例、观察组53例,所有患者均行鼓膜置管术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组全程提供优质护理服务,调查比较两组患者的听力重建效果及护理服务质量等情况。结果:观察组患者听力重建总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组基础护理落实率、陪护率及患者满意度也明显优于对照组,患者投诉次数显著减少。结论:优质护理能够提高儿童分泌性中耳炎患者手术治疗效果,提升护理服务质量,促进患者早日康复。Objective To explore the method and effect of secretory otitis media in patients with the implementation of quality care. Method 104 cases of children with secretory otitis media,according to hospital treatment,were randomly divided into control group 51 cases and observation group 53 cases; all patients underwent tympanostomy tube surgery treatment,the control group received routine nursing care,observation group was given full quality care service,investigation and comparison of two groups of patients with hearing reconstruction effect and the quality of nursing service. Results The total effective rate of hearing reconstruction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the implementation rate of basic nursing,nursing and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the number of complaints was few. Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the effect of operation for patients with secretory otitis media,improve the quality of nursing service,and promote early rehabilitation of patients.
