摘　　要：目的探讨我院门诊药房自动发药机流程优化方案。自动发药机将自动化药品存储设备与HIS及网络通讯整合为一体,不但提高了药品发放的准确性,也降低了管理成本,将传统发药模式下的后台调配人员解放出来,使得药师有更多的时间投入药学服务。方法根据我院门诊用药特点,充分发挥医院信息系统功能,对自动发药机信息系统进行优化。结果流程优化后,自动发药机在提高药品发放效率、缩短病人取药时间等方面的优势得到显著发挥。结论自动发药机在提升药学服务品质的同时,促进了药品调配及管理模式向信息化的转变,是医院药房发展的必然趋势。OBJECTIVE To investigate the automatic dispensing process optimization program in outpatient pharmacy. Automatic dispensing machine integrated drug storage device,HIS and network communication as a whole to improve the drug distribution accuracy and reduce the management cost. The machine emancipated pharmacists from the traditional dispensing mode to provide much more time for pharmaceutical service. METHODS According to the characteristics of drug use in the outpatient department of our hospital and the hospital information system,a lot of work to be,optimized the automatic dispensing process. RESULTS After optimization,drug distribution efficiency increased significantly,and the time patient take medicine shorten greatly. CONCLUSION Automatic dispensing machine could improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and the promotion of information technology in the field of drug dispensing and management. Automatic dispensing machine is the inevitable trend to hospital pharmacy.
