摘　　要：目的评价Angio-Seal血管封堵器在脑血管病介入诊治术中应用效果及安全性。方法 359例脑血管病患者在完成介入诊治术、复查右股动脉DSA证实动脉穿刺处无粥样硬化斑块及大血管分支后,其股动脉穿刺点接受Angio-Seal血管封堵器止血。结果 359例患者中358例封堵止血成功,成功率为99.2%。1例封堵失败,穿刺处出血,予以手法压迫止血;2例术后3 d活动时出现血肿,再次加压包扎等处理后好转。未见患肢远端栓塞及全身过敏现象。结论应用Angio-Seal血管封堵器封堵股动脉穿刺点安全有效,操作方法简单,成功率高,患者卧床时间短,有推广应用价值。Objective To assess the effect and safety of Angio-Seal arterial closure device in inter-ventional diagnosis and treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. Methods A total of 359 patients with cerebral vascular diseases were included in this st udy. After interventional therapy was finished and DSA of right femoral artery proved that there was no atherosclerotic plaques or large vascular branches at the puncture site, Angio-Seal arterial closure device was employed to stop the bleeding of the femoral artery puncture point.Results Of the 359 patients, successful closure and hemostasis of the puncture point was achieved in 358,with a success rate of 99.2%. Closure and hemostasis of the puncture point failed in one patient and bleeding from puncture site occurred; then the bleeding was stopped with manual compression hemostasis method.Three days after the treatment two patients developed hematoma during daily activity, after using compression bandage and other measures, the hematomas were improved. No distal arterial embolism of the affected extremity or systemic hypersensitivity was observed. Conclusion The use of Angio-Seal vascular closure device to make closure of the femoral artery puncture point is safe and effective, its manipulation is simple with high success rate. The time needed for patient to stay in bed is short, therefore, this Angio-Seal vascular closure device is worthy of clinical popularization.
