摘  要:采用一体式膜生物反应器(IMBR)改造工艺对制药废水进行中试研究,介绍工艺启动方法和工艺运行情况。试验结果表明,在系统污泥质量浓度为8 g/L,HRT为10 h,气水比为10∶1的运行工况下,跨膜压差保持稳定,COD_(Cr)平均去除率约为89%,NH3-N平均去除率约为85%,此时出水COD_(Cr)的质量浓度超过100 mg/L,无法满足GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准的要求,进一步采取活性炭吸附深度处理后,出水COD_(Cr)浓度可达到GB 8978—1996一级排放标准的要求。采用IMBR-活性炭组合工艺处理制药废水,出水效果优于原二级好氧处理工艺,值得推广应用。A pilot scale test on pharmaceutical wastewater treatment using integrated membrane bioreactor(IMBR) process was carried out, the starting method and operation condition of the said process were introduced.The results of the test showed that, under the condition that the mass concentration of sludge was 8 g/L, the HRTwas 10 h, the gas-water ratio was 10 : 1, the transmembrane pressure was stable, the average removal rates ofCODcr and ammonia nitrogen were about 89% and 85% respectively, the mass concentration of CODcr in the ef-fluent water was above 100 mg/L, which could not meet the specification for grade 1 in GB 8978--1996 Inte-grated Wastewater Discharge Standard. Taking advanced activated carbon adsorption as the further treatment pro-cess, the effluent water quality reached the above standard. It could draw a conclusion that, using IMBR-activat-edcarbon combined process to treat pharmaceutical wastewater, the effluent water quality was superior to thattreated by two-stage aerobic process, therefore, it was a process worth popularizing.
