摘 要:目的:探讨品管圈管理手法在降低患者透析间期干体重增长超标率中的应用效果。方法:将2014年4月-2014年12月行血液透析的60例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规护理及健康教育模式,观察组采用品管圈管理模式。结果:应用品管圈活动后,观察组患者干体重增长超标、高血压、低血压、心衰、肌肉痉挛、恶心呕吐等并发症发生次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者透析后监测指标比较:观察组URR%,Kt/V达标率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:品管圈管理手法可降低患者透析间期干体重增长超标及相关并发症的发生率,提高患者透析充分性及生活质量,同时也提升了团队的合作精神及圈员解决问题的能力。Objective: To explore the application effect of quality control circle management technique in reducing the excessive rate of dry weight of patients in the dialysis interval. Methods: From April 2014 to December 2014,60 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each. The control group used routine nursing and health education mode,while the observation group used the quality control circle management mode. Results: The incidences of dry weight excessive growth and related complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P 0. 05). The URR% and Kt / V of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Conclusion: The management technique can reduce the incidence of excessive dry weight growth and related complications and improve the life quality of hemodialysis patients.
