摘　　要：Claudin-7蛋白是构成细胞间紧密连接的重要蛋白分子,在维持细胞极性和紧密连接屏障功能方面起重要作用。Claudin蛋白的异常表达与肿瘤的发生、发展及远处转移有密切关系,其中Claudin-7蛋白在大肠癌发生中的作用近年来越来越引起人们的重视。Claudin-7蛋白在不同大肠癌肿瘤细胞系中呈现出高低表达的差异,且Claudin-7蛋白表达的高低差异影响了大肠癌的发生、发展。Claudin-7 protein is one of important proteins that constitute a tight junction between cells and plays important roles in maintaining cell polarity and tightly connecting the barrier. The abnormal expression of claudin protein has a close relationship with tumor occurrence,development and metastasis. The role of claudin-7 protein in colorectal cancer in recent years has attracted more and more attention. The expression of claudin-7 protein in different colorectal cancer cell lines is different,in some cell lines the expression is high,but in others is low,which has a great influence on the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
