摘　　要：脊柱后凸畸形是由各种原因引起的脊柱向后异常凸出,使脊柱本身及其附属组织解剖形态改变的一种疾患,常导致患者无法直立行走,严重影响患者的健康、生活。因此,治疗不仅仅是改善患者外观,更重要的是恢复人体的生理功能和劳动能力。该文分别从病因学、临床表现及治疗等方面总结脊柱后凸畸形的研究进展,以期进一步规范化诊疗此疾病。Kyphosis is abnormal spine backward protrude caused by various reasons,making the spine and its affiliates anatomical shape changed. It often causes patients unable to walk upright,seriously affecting the patient＇s health and life. The purpose of treatment of kyphosis is not only to improve patients＇ appearance,but also restore the body＇s physiological function and the ability to work. Here is to make a review of the research progress in etiology,clinical manifestation and treatment of kyphosis,in order to further standardize the diagnosis and treatment.
