摘 要:液质联用技术(LC-MS)以高灵敏度和选择性、分析快速且方便的特点,而广泛用于中药的血清药物化学研究。该文主要介绍中药血清药物化学理论及液相色谱-质谱(包括四极杆质谱、离子阱质谱、飞行时间质谱)联用技术在确定中药血中移行成分及其结构、中药药动学及中药血清指纹图谱等方面的应用,并列举了目前LC-MS应用中存在的诸多问题,以期为LC-MS在中药研究中的应用和推进中药现代化提供参考。Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry( LC-MS) has been widely used for the study of serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicine due to its characteristics of high sensitivity,selectivity,rapid analysis and convenience. Application of LC-MS( including quadruple,ion traps and time-of-flight mass analyzers) in serum pharmacochemistry of traditional Chinese medicines are introduced here,consisting of the constituents of TCMs absorbed into blood and their structures,pharmacokinetics,and serum fingerprint. In addition,futures directions and existing questions of LC-MS for research on TCMs are also discussed concisely,in order to provide references for broader uses of LC-MS in the modernization,industrialization and globalization of TCMs.
