摘 要:[目的]比较水青冈属2种植物间的叶片微形态特征和生态学适应性,并探讨米仓山自然保护区水青冈属植物种类的划分和亲缘关系。[方法]在光学显微镜下,对四川广元米仓山自然保护区2种水青冈属植物台湾水青冈和米心水青冈的叶表皮微形态特征进行观察,并测定了相应的数量指标。[结果]2种植物叶表皮形态的一致性表现为:上表皮细胞形状几乎为不规则形,下表皮细胞形状多为多边形,下表皮垂周壁多为近平直;2种植物均只在下表皮分布有气孔器,排列方式均为无规则型。2种植物的叶表皮形态的差异则主要表现在表皮细胞垂周壁式样、表皮毛的有无,角质膜附属物等方面,依此可以区分2个物种。[结论]叶表皮特征对于水青冈属植物种类的划分和亲缘关系的确定具有一定的分类学意义。[Objective] To compare the leaf micromorphological features and ecological adaptability of Fagus engleriana and Fagus hayatae,and to discuss the classification and affinity of Fagus plant species in Mi Cang Shan Nature Reserve. [Method]Under optical microscope,leaf epidermis of F. engleriana and F. hayatae was observed and researched in Mi Cang Shan Nature Reserve. Corresponding quantitative index was detected. [Result] Morphology consistency of leaf epidermis was as follows: epidermal cell shape was mostly irregular; while epidermal cells were almost polygonal. Anticlinal wall of lower epidermis was almost straight. The two plants both had stomatal apparatuses in lower epidermis with irregular arrangement. Differences of leaf epidermis morphology were manifested in anticlinal wall type of the epidermal cells,the existence of epidermal hairs,appurtenance of cuticular membrane and so on,which could be used to distinguish the two species. [Conclusion] Characteristics of leaf epidermis have certain taxonomical significance to the classification and genetic relationship of Fagus plants.
