摘  要:[目的]明确影响红云红河集团原料基地烤烟质量的主要化学成分,综合评价烟叶质量。[方法]运用因子分析法对红云红河集团各原料基地369份K326样品进行相关和因子分析,同时分析原料基地烤烟化学成分主要因子,并利用化学成分综合评价各基地烟叶质量。[结果]分析表明,红云红河集团云南原料基地烤烟化学成分之间存在一定的极显著和显著相关性;因子分析得到4个主因子,分别为碳氮因子、香气量因子、燃烧性因子、淀粉因子,累计贡献率已达85.173%;烤烟基地各样品因子得分与感官评吸得分基本一致,说明利用因子分析烟叶化学成分进行评价是可行的。[结论]研究可为以烤烟主要化学成分判断烟叶品质提供依据,为增强原料基地的烟叶工业可用性提供参考。[Objective] The aim was to obtain main chemical components influencing flue-cured tobacco in Hongyunhonghe Tobacco Group and comprehensively evaluate tobacco quality. [Method] Based on the factor analysis method,correlation and factor analysis was conducted on 369 samples of K326 from each raw material base in Hongyunhonghe Tobacco Group,main factors of chemical components were analyzed,chemical components were used to evaluate comprehensively tobacco quality from each base. [Result]The results showed that there was a extremely significant and significant correlation among different chemical components in tobacco in Yunnan. 4 main factors were found through factor analysis,including carbon nitrogen factor,aroma factor,combustion factor and starch factor,the accumulative contribution rate was85. 173%. The rank factor score of every sample was the same with the rank of smoking quality score. It was feasible to evaluate the chemical components in tobacco leaves by the factor analysis method. [Conclusion]Comprehensive analysis could be used as the basis for judging the quality of flue-cured tobacco according to the chemical components,and provide reference to enhance availability of industry for flue-cured tobacco.
