摘　　要：[目的]筛选出烟草根结线虫病的最佳防治药剂。[方法]通过对比试验研究5种常用药剂红河烟区特色品种红花大金元根结线虫病的防治效果。[结果]25%阿维·丁硫水剂(金东旺)处理根结线虫地上、地下部分发病较轻,经济性状表现较好,为最佳处理。[结论]试验结果为进一步完善特色品种的生产栽培方案提供了理论依据。[Objective] To screen the optimal control agents for root-knot nematode of flue-cured tobacco in Honghe Tobacco Area. [Method]Comparative test was used to research the control effects of five common agents on root-knot nematode of flue-cured tobacco in Honghe Tobacco Area.[Result] After the aboveground and underground parts were treated by 25% Avi·Dingliushui agent（ Jindongwang）,the morbidity of tobacco was relatively low with relatively great economic characters. Thus,Jindongwang was the optimal treatment.[Conclusion]This research provides theoretical foundation for the further improvement of production and cultivation schemes of characteristic varieties.
