摘　　要：加强高师体育专业学生职业技能教育,不断提高学生的就业竞争力和自主创业能力,是解决高师体育专业学生就业难的重要途径。本文通过分析高师体育专业学生进行职业技能培训的重要性和存在的主要问题,提出高师体育专业实施职业技能培训过程中需要解决的重点问题。To strengthen the professional skills education of normal college students majoring in athletics and continuously improve students＇ employment competitiveness and self-entrepreneurship ability, is an important way to solve the difficult employment of normal college students majoring in athletics.Through an analysis of the importance and major problems of the professional skills training for normal college students majoring in athletics, this paper puts forward the key issues needing to be solved in the process.
