摘 要:大田试验条件下,研究了不同氮肥用量对水稻宁粳3号稻米品质的影响,结果表明:氮肥用量对稻米粒长、粒宽、粒长宽比、糙米率、精米率、碱消值无显著影响。垩白大小、垩白度、垩白粒率随着氮肥用量的增加表现出先升高后降低的趋势。胶稠度、直链淀粉含量以及食味评分均表现出随着氮肥用量的增加而降低。The effects of nitrogen fertilizer amount on rice quality of ningjing 3 were studied under filed conditions. The resuhs showed that the nitrogen fertilizer amount had no significant effects on the grain length, grain width, length-width ratio, brown rice rate, polished rice rate and alkali value. The percentage of chalky rice,chalkiness degree and chalkiness size were increased at first and decreased subsequently with increasing the nitrogen fertilizer amounts. The amylose content,gel consistency and taste value were decreased significantly with increasing the nitrogen fertilizer amounts.
