摘　　要：建筑陶瓷功能化是传统建筑陶瓷产业升级的必由之路。利用喷墨技术将功能性的陶瓷墨水打印在陶瓷砖上,可以实现建筑陶瓷的个性化和功能化,并且大幅度提高产品的附加值。喷印技术能大幅提高产品的仿真度和清晰度,增强产品的竞争力,帮助企业抢占终端市场。未来的陶瓷墨水产品技术创新主要集中在水性陶瓷墨水和功能化陶瓷墨水两大领域。所以笔者对陶瓷墨水的技术特性进行了剖析,提出了陶瓷墨水稳定性的研究方向。同时,列出了陶瓷墨水未来的发展趋势。Building ceramics function is the only way for the upgrading of traditional building ceramics industry.Using ink jet technology,functional ceramic ink is printed on the ceramic tiles,which can realize the personalized and functional of building ceramics,and greatly improve the added value of the product.Spray printing technology can greatly improve the product＇s degree of simulation and clarity.Enhance the competitiveness of products,help enterprises to seize the terminal market.Future ceramic ink product technology innovation.Mainly concentrated in the two major areas of water based ceramic ink and functional ceramic ink.So this paper analyzes the technical characteristics of ceramic ink,and puts forward the research direction of the stability of ceramic ink.At the same time,the development trend of the future development of ceramic ink is also listed.
