摘  要:研究稻草单一青贮、稻草与玉米秸秆混合青贮以及稻草氨化三种处理方法对稻草品质的影响。结果表明:稻草单一青贮的品质较差,且青贮效果的稳定性较低,各营养成分与未处理稻草组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05);稻草与玉米秸秆混合青贮的感官评价比单一青贮好,其中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和粗灰分(Ash)的含量介于稻草组与玉米秸秆组之间,对稻草的品质具有一定的改善作用;氨化稻草质地松软,有焦糊的香味,而且其粗蛋白质(CP)含量极显著高于未处理稻草组和混合青贮组(P〈0.01),分别增加了111.21%和89.92%。稻草的三种处理方法中,氯化处理对稻草品质改善效果最好,单一青贮处理其效果最差。An experiment is carriedto study the effects of three treatment methods on the quality of rice straw. The three treatment methods include rice straw single silage, rice straw with corn stalk mixed silage and ammoniated rice straw. The results show as follows: The quality of rice straw single silage is poor and the stability of silage is low. Compared with the group of rice straw, the nutrients composition of rice straw single silage are not significant (P 〉0.05). The sensory evaluation of mixed silage of rice straw and corn straw is better than rice straw single silage. The contents of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and crude ash (Ash) are between rice straw and corn stalk. The quality of rice straw has been improved a little. The ammoniated rice straw had a soft texture and the burnt aroma. The crude protein (CP) content of ammoniated rice straw is extremely significantly higher than the groups of rice straw and mixed silage.(P〈0.01), and is increased by 111.21% and 89.92% respectively. In three treatment methods, the quality of ammoniated rice straw is the most excellent, and the worst one is rice straw single silage.
