摘 要:选用1日龄艾维茵肉鸡800只,公母各自分成5组,每组4个重复,分别在低磷日粮中添加0,250,500,750U/kg植酸酶进行饲养试验。结果显示:植酸酶显著提高了肉鸡42d增重并降低了料重比(P〈0.05),公鸡剂量组最优为500u/kg,母鸡剂量组最优为750U/kg。植酸酶显著提高植酸磷利用率(P〈O.05),随着植酸酶水平增加,血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P〈0.05),血清羟脯氨酸含量显著降低(P〈0.05),血清磷水平逐渐增加接近正常磷组水平。植酸酶显著提高了肉鸡对粗蛋白的表观消化率(P〈0.05),公、母鸡剂量组最优均为7sou/kg;500U/kg剂量组的植酸酶显著提高了公鸡对粗脂肪的表观消化率(P〈0.05),母鸡各加酶组与对照组粗脂肪表观消化率差异不显著;500U/kg剂量组的植酸酶显著提高了公、母鸡对锌、铁的表观消化率。研究表明植酸酶能提高肉鸡生长性能,提高养分利用率,减轻环境.污染。The experiment has been conducted by choosing a total of 800 1-day-old avian broilers. The male and female groups were both divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates. In low-phosphorus diet, breeding experiment was carried out by adding 0, 250, 500 and 750 U/kg phytase. The results showed that phytase increased weight gain of 42-day-old broilers significantly (P〈0.05) and decreased feed/gain ratio (P〈0.05). The optimal dose of male was 500 U/kg and 750 U/kg of female. Phytase could highly increase phytate phosphorus utilization (P〈0.05) . Serum alkaline phosphatase activity and serum hydroxyproline content were significantly decreased as phytase levels increased (P〈0.05), while serum phosphorus levels gradually increased and were close to normal phospho- rus groups (P〈0.05). Phytase significantly improved apparent digestibility of crude protein (P〈0.05) and the optimal doses of male and female were 750 U/kg. Phytase of 500 U/kg content had a significant increase in apparent digestibility of ether extract (P〈0.05), but there were no significant differences among female groups. 500 U/kg phytase significantly improved apparent digestibility of zinc and iron of broilers. Researches had shown that phytase could increase growth performance and nutrient utilization of broilers and reduce environmental pollution.
