摘 要:关节软骨损伤是一种在临床上较为常见的疾病,近年来,发病率逐年增高。随着生物技术和基因工程的不断发展,基因治疗成为研究关节软骨损伤的新思路,可能成为关节软骨损伤修复的有效方法。基因治疗关节软骨损伤是一项新兴技术,主要包含以下几个关键:合适的目的基因、靶细胞、载体及基因导入方式等,本文将对关节软骨损伤基因治疗的以上几个内容研究进展作一综述。Articular cartilage injury is a common disease in clinics,and the incidence rate has been increasing year by year in recent years. With the development of biotechnology and genetic engineering,gene therapy has become a new way to study the injury of articular cartilage,and may become an effective method for the repair of articular cartilage injury. As a new technology,gene therapy has many research contents needing further investigations,including appropriate target genes,target cells,vectors and gene delivery methods.
