摘　　要：本文基于产业结构与金融发展与区域创新绩效正相关假设,选取中国31个省市2004-2013年的面板数据,利用零截断负二项回归模型实证分析了产业结构与金融发展对省域创新绩效的影响。结果显示:(1)产业结构水平与省域创新绩效负相关;(2)金融发展水平与省域创新绩效负相关。进一步研究表明:(1)产业结构与金融发展具有互补效应;(2)产业结构与金融发展对创新绩效的影响具有区域异质性。基于上述研究结果,本文得出了一些结论与启示。Based on the hypothesis that industry structure and financial development is positively related with regional innovation performance,this thesis uses a panel data set of China＇s 31 provinces and municipal cities from 2004 to 2013 to explore the impact of industry structure and financial development on regional innovation performance by means of Zero- Truncated Negative Binomial Regression Model（ ZTNbreg）. The results indicate that：（ 1） Industry structure negatively relates with regional innovation performance;（ 2） Financial development also negatively relates with regional innovation performance. Further study shows that：（ 1） There is a significant substitute effect between industry structure and financial development;（ 2） The impact of industry structure and financial development on regional innovation performance varies among China＇s eastern,middle and western regions. In view of the above research results,this thesis draws some conclusions and enlightenments.
